The Graduate Student Government Events Board also sponsors social mixers between just two departments (not advertised to the full graduate student body). We provide funding for food and drinks, but we encourage students from the respective departments to take care of organizing the event. Expense reports for these events are filed in Concur, where receipts have to be submitted within four weeks after the event. The funding application has to be approved by the GSG executive board, which meets once a week on Monday.
